Aligned with Purpose

Living a life that’s aligned with your purpose makes life more meaningful. We all have been uniquely created to live life to the fullest and in abundance. When you choose to live a life that’s aligned with your purpose, you make a commitment to yourself. The commitment is that you will live your life truthfully, with love and integrity. One of the first steps to living your life in alignment is to seek God for guidance and understanding. To fulfill your purpose you must have the knowledge on what you need to do. Jeremiah 29:11 NLT tells us that God knows the plans for our life, and the plan is for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and hope. This is our confirmation that he has our purpose and destiny mapped out, and he has given us the tools (on the inside of us) to navigate life, and bring it to pass. He knows it won’t be easy, but the key is understanding that we need God, and for us to not try and live life apart from him. He is the one person who will never leave us, he will be right beside us to the end. Living a life aligned with my purpose has become more important to me as I’ve gotten older and wiser. I must maintain a certain level of peace, and with that comes letting go of the past, and anything that hinders me from focusing on my future. Life is about where you’re going, not where you’ve been. This process will not feel good and you will be uncomfortable at times, this is just because we have been living our lives without intention for so long, and aligning with our purpose requires more discipline. Just keep pushing and stay focused. The growth that you will experience will be life-changing and make life a beautiful experience.
